Double yellow painted over in black

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4805560.

So it would seem the double yellows on the bend coming in to the chertsey road slip road has partially been painted black. Not sure if this has been done by the council themselves or by the owner of the white Lexus that constantly parks there to hide the yellow lines. The council seriously need to do something about this now it’s getting ridiculous!
