Overgrown weeds outside the drive

Weeds have been growing in the rose flower beds on the left side of the pavement outside the house. These have now grown very tall and completely obstructing the view when we are reversing car from our drive onto the road. This is a hazard as we cannot see oncoming cars . Also my daughter has asthama and these weeds now have spores that are flying in the wind all around the house.Please attend to this as soon as possible to clear the flower beds of these overgrown and dangerous weeds.

The whole road looks unslightly and residents are complaning, weeds growing on pavement and around planted trees, members of the public are finiding it difficult to use the pavement in certain area of the road

Resident called back, daughter is asthmatic and suffering from the pollen from these weeds that have now become very overgrown. this is also causing a hazard where reversing out of the driveway. Please cut weeds back Urgently.
