The drain COVER has not been installed properly

This part of the road outside the Wetherspoons pub has recently been replaced. This drain COVER in the middle of the near side lane has not been installed correctly and therefore every time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a very loud noise. The noise is unbearable especially when you have your windows open in this current hot weather. You can imagine how bad this can be during the day when there are many vehicles driving over it.
