Weeds growing quickly again

The weeds were cleared a couple of months ago but again they are coming back isn't their a permanent solution for this so every time the weeds don't grow. You must have some kind of solution to stop the weeds growing rather than using the tools. Every time I have to report the same thing over again. Please kindly find a solution of getting rid of these weeds on the road and footpath it look very unpleasant when entering the street. Please can this be looked into thank you.

    Weeds are growing again on the orchard street. Can the council please come and clear all the weeds on the street it looks very unpleasant.
