Overnight littering

Your road cleaning team spent hours cleaning the areas between entrance to Swift Rd up to the entrance to Cottington Rd, they were excellent and very proficient, but over night again the area has been contaminated by litter cans, plastic etc, this is being carried out by a group of regular youths from a local residence hanging around this area up to the early hours of the mornings, I have advised the council re this any social behaviour but have shown no interest referred me to the police which I have done who are being slow to react?. I think what is happening is so soul destroying for us local residents. HELP
