The waste bin outside Barnes and Hicks funeral directors has not been emptied - and is now overfull. Rubbish is now falling into gutter, across road and being blown into my property. There is an increasing frequency of this bin not being regularly emptied - nor does it seem to us that Heath Road is being cleaned as regularly as it used to either. Please could thus bin be emoted asap.
