Can’t get double buggy through the alley without touching nettles

Please can the weeds/nettles be cut down the alley between Worton Road (opposite Clock Tower estate) and Redlees Park as I cannot get my double buggy through without it grazing the stinging nettles which obviously isn’t great for my babies! Thank you!
