Refuse and supermarket bags dumped on the pavement

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4599950.

Caller says this rubbish is from the flats Coombe House and says the residents must throw their bags out of the windows as some bags are stuck in the tree. This is on the junction with St Johns Road and Rennels Way. The bags have been torn by animals and lots of litter and rubbish is scattered on the pavement. Please can this be looked into
