Large Purple Bin At the top of Stirling Grove

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4592881.

A large purple bin has been dumped at the top of Stirling Grove. I had reported this several months ago, a site inspection was made and the the bin was earmarked for removal, however it has not happened. Please could it be removed as soon as possible. People are now dumping their rubbish on top of the bin causing an eyesore.
