Severe Dela due to incompetence

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4581013.

1. red lights heading to Chiswick are being deliberately held so a person who clearly cant drive can move something. These contractors don't look like they know how to drive, why was he not ready to join the traffic flow in a timely manner, instar of doing a turn in a single carriageway? I was late for work because of this. 2. Who is responsible for authorising BOTH sides of the carriageway to be done at the same time, this is very dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians, we have no room! 3. You do realise you only had to take the bus lane out - and all would have been fine - have used this route for 25 years why did no one ask users their opinion.
