Southbound travel on springwell road by the junction with browning way has a bollard mounted to restrict the width of vehicles like vans and lorries. The bollard has been damaged to allow those type. Of vehicles mentioned to have access. There is a safety concern as the restrictions were done to help keep the street safe as the school is situated up the road. Please repair as soon as possible

Southbound travel on springwell road by the junction with browning way has a bollard mounted to restrict the width of vehicles like vans and lorries. The bollard has been damaged to allow those type of vehicles mentioned to have access. There is a safety concern as the restrictions were done to help keep the street safe as the school is situated up the road. Please repair as soon as possible. The bollard needs to be re attached or in this case put back into the ground securely
