Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

Roots of the tree near open end of raleigh road have broken the tar pavement and pavement is uneven with a crack -- the roots of the tree are coming through the pavement -- 2] also the road -- raleigh road has a break in front of number 1 raleigh road in the middle of the road -- 3] also there is a white paint mark on the pavement outside number 3 raleigh road -- this paint mark has been there for more than a year now -- can you wash it away
