Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

Reported months ago - trees exceptionally large - was given assurance that works to canopy etc. would be done when dormant. Nothing further heard, now we are approaching Spring - work will likely not take place. Can inspection be done and works programmed please, for next Winter/Autumn.
