I have moved in No-5 , Redwood Estate, Hounslow TW5 9Pl on 01-06-2022 with my family consisting couple and three children. Since the day first we have noticed that the mice or rats from the back of garden due to dirty, unattended and filthy garden and front weeds, grass and dumping rubbish from passing by people. We tried to keep it clean as much as possible but the building inside and outside was never cleaned. I was told from other neighbours that from over 15 years even the curtains have been never moved. The storage door next to the entrance of (No- 4 ) is broken and shows the negligence of the occupier. I have tried to greet the person who is living few times but he never replied. Our request is that please get this front and back garden get cleared and cleaned so we can at least live in peace. The building needs to be clean from front and back to avoid any kind of harmful disease to spread. The weed and dangerous plants are growing and harming us while going into our own house.
