Completely overgrown hedges blocking parking bays

The hedges urgently need cutting back and tidying up as they are causing a block on the bays which is causing damage to cars due to how overgrown they are and drivers trying to remain within the bay. You can enter your car from the side of the bushes because they’re so overgrown and it makes the road very narrow when cars are parked for Gumley students and residents down this road.
