Dangerously high curb on busy road

It would be very useful to have a rail here to separate the pavement from the road - the height of the curb is very high and with all the school children that use this area (especially during busy periods) it is terrifying to thing that someone could fall off the curb into the very busy and quick traffic.

You have installed a bin directly outside a cafeteria 215 twickenham road. There is no room for tables and chairs , the bin is a health and safety hazard for the food premises as it will attract pests and deter customers There is little room for pedestrians to pass, especially mothers with toddlers or prams. Please could the bin be placed elsewhere? The bin further down is overflowing and stinks. This will impact the business
