This is the second/third week running that I have complained to the council regarding this fly tipping on this grass werge. Residents fly tipping black bags on the day of rubbish collection ( Monday) and the council rubbish collectors do not collect it and just leave it behind. Council enforcement officers should identify this rubbish and should warn the offending residents as this happens every week and is a health hazard.
