Unidentified car in parking space

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

The car in the photo has been parked outside 35, Osterley Avenue for several days. Because it is hooded it is impossible to see if it has a permit, but I suspect not. Because of the large numbers of HMOs, parking is now at a premium in Osterley Avenue, so it is important that this space remains free. We are worried that someone may have left their car here for a couple of weeks while they go on holiday. We would be grateful if you could investigate and report back. Thanks in advance
