Uneven pavement - near to outside house number 14

Caller says workmen has arrived today and they are repairing pavement outside number 20 but there is nothing wrong there but the section just outside house number 14 needs repairing and has been reported previously. Resident has spoken to the workmen and said to contact Hounslow Highways as they have been instructed to fix outside house number 20 and not 14. Workmen has taken pictures of the uneven paving outside 14. Please can you look into this.
