I am an Intensive Care Unit Dr. I assisted 2 Police Officers today. They were helping a 75-year-old lady who had tripped on the uneven pavement outside Primark. It was near the tree. The roots of the tree, I am suspecting, has caused elevation of some paving bricks causing it to be uneven. The lady was lying on the cold pavement with a deep cut to the left of her eyebrow and a very painful right arm. She may have a left humeral (upper arm) fracture. It will take 3-4 hours for the ambulance to arrive. Please if you could arrange for this to be fixed, it will prevent further accidents. Thank you.
