Pavement slabs have lifted over night between 15 & 21 Borough Road may spread. I tripped on one. Am concerned that it is subsidence -

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4169012.

Am concerned that a) is subsidence - why did it suddenly happen ? and b ) I tripped in the day and am worried now about when it gets dark. Can this please be treated as urgent and an explanation of to what has happened . how and that it will not affect my property. Many Thanks
