Black Ice

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4152840.

There is a air conditioning unit bolted on the wall with the drainage pipe placed on the public footpath, this creates black ice. this week i know of 2 people who have fallen on it and it is becoming increasingly dangerous. please can it be added to a gritting route before a major accident happens, or source the owner and get them to re-route the pipe to a drain. this is a major concern.
