Excessive litter and rubbish in street. This is a hotspot . I have report every week. A bin is required near the post box so lazy people can use it rather than using the road as a bin. I pick up litter on occasions and i have asked the Council many times for bags so i can pick it up and to give me info on how council can help with collecting the several bags i collect . Please can council do something.
