Car left in road. For over 3 months. From a previous tenant from 87 raleigh road. A HMO. House. I have done a check online and have found its not Mot and neither insured.

    Car still hasn't moved since i reported it. Blocking neighbours drive. Its a nuisance now. No car tax no insurance and no MOT.
