I reported issue 28/10 14352710 re no.84 granville ave feltham. They actually put their bin back in their front garden yesterday afternoon. This morning they have put it back on the busy public footpath ! They also had a tesco trolley in their front garden with 3 black bags of rubbish in which have now gone, not sure where ?! Not sure why they have so much rubbish, they don't seem to recycle. Thank you for your help.
