  Hi I’m the tenant of 10 spinney drive and use my back alley driveway to access property. I’ve reported the growing fly tipping to my housing officer sonal and estate officer Beverley on numerous occasions but no one has replied . I’ve now recently had a pile of mud with rubble dumped outside my back gate . I’ve also had a number of punctured tyres with all the waste. Also overgrown bramble bushes are in serious need of cutting as scratch car when driving down alley. Please can someone contact me regarding this long overdue reported issue Thank you

  Good morning, it has now been almost a month since thus report has been made because it's been almost a month since we have a slippery pavement to drop children to school. It's super unsafe when the carpet of leaves get wet. Could you please remove them. It could take no more than 2 minutes with the proper tool. Thank you very much for your attention.

• I spoke to Highways team on 23rd of March at The West Area Forum, regarding the trees on Cardinal Road needing pruning. There are four massive, and I repeat massive trees that cause a lot of chaos every year, and in the 7 years I have been here on this street, I actually cannot recall a time when they have been cut back. They cause the school in front, Cardinal Road a lot of extra hours cleaning up the leaves in the playground so that in the wet winter months our children do not slip over, the pavements along the street and the residents front of houses are also covered in these leaves. We have a lovely neighbourhood where we all help one another and clear the leaves best we can, but we have a lot of elderly neighbours and sadly they just cannot keep up with it and this is just unfair on them, and difficult for us to keep up. Can Hounslow Highways please look into cleaning up the streets more regularly in the autumn and winter months, but most importantly prune back the trees for better health to the trees, and hopfully less leaves falling into the street to cause a mucky slippery surface. The tree by the entrance of Cardinal Road school, is actually causing structural issues to the pavement. Can you please look in to this.
