Weeds growing next to kerbs in all of Hamilton Close and Hamilton Road. This Monday, 31 October, a road sweeper drove into the Close, turned around and drove out without cleaning and leaving a mess in the middle of the road. This is not the first time I have seen the road sweeper do this.
