Excessive and unacceptable volume of tree leaves on footpaths and roads NO CLEANING CARRIED OUT, SLIP HAZARD

There is an excessive volume of fallen leaves on footpaths and roads, fallen from council trees, that have been left uncleared for weeks. Failure to clean area happens every year until business complained. I am the Centre Manager of the Centre Feltham and I am inundated with complaints from my tenants and my cleaning company, we clean our land and the leaves keep being blown back on to our land and into our business's stores. Is there a planned cleaning programme for this? Our businesses pay huge amounts in business rates, this is totally unacceptable and a very poor service level. The leaves are wet and slippery and are also a hazard as well as looking unsightly and unlclean.
