Today, I’ve witnessed one of my neighbour’s deliberately spilling engine oil after an oil change on the side of the street, grass and pavement. Since then the van has been moved somewhere else, however the waste is still there. The road is busy as everyone walks by with kids, dogs etc. please kindly arrange for this toxic waste to be cleaned. Thank you.
