Health and safety hazard at the Woodstock Avenue bus stop

There are vomit and blood stains on the pavement at the Woodstock Avenue bus stop. The stains are under the seats and on the pavement all around. It has not been clean in months, and I feel this is a health and safety hazard for people who await at the bus stop. The bus stop is located on Twickenham Road.
