General feedback regarding all street lights in the borough

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3840819.

Good morning.

It is not any one specific street light but ALL the lights in the LB of Hounslow.

If the council: dims ALL the lights during night hours and changes the bandwidths of their LED bulbs to produce less harmful blue light / uses warmer bulbs that emit less blue light, this will benefit ALL the residents in the borough.
