Cycle path in bad condition

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3819475.

There is a cycle path next to foot path (not on road) and its in very bad condition all the way down Mogden lane from the big tesco onwards. Roots from trees have lifted the cycle path and patchy surface seemingly from previous repairs that have lifted and just make it dangerous to cycle on it with my kids when we go to school.
