Flooding water coming from main street into my property, 27 Saxon Avenue,TW13 5JJ

To whom it may concern,

I am writing in regards to flooding water entering into my property when it rains heavily. It has happened several times since I moved in last year in March 2021. It seems that my property is the only one affected in the whole street. I am renovating my house and I don't want more flooding water to enter in my property. The last time it did on 06.09.22 , it damaged the concrete floor which was just layed and we had to redue again. Now I am in the process of putting a wood floor. I am spending so much to make this property a decent home to live in and this flood water is making damages which is costing a lot to me and I want this to stop. Can someone please come to review the street urgently and see the current situation before another flood occurs where it will be a big cost. I have currently put concrete blocks and sand bags in order to reach a 200mm height to prevent water coming into my property.

Please note: Please find attached a photo, I also have a video showing water coming inside but system does not allow me to upload it. Also, could you please let me know when you are coming as I have to make sure I am at home to discuss with you all in more details.

Kind Regards Jona Bahcja
