Dangerous, overgrown trees

This must be the third time I have reported this. Every time you cancel the report and stay the trees are not your responsibility and try pass to this onto someone else. I have received confirmation today that Hounslow highways are responsible to maintain the trees, so I don’t want to hear back from you again saying that you are not.

There are 5 trees overgrown, never been pruned in over 10 years. They are now growing into the phone lines - this is a hazard. There are branches growing out across the main road, an accident is waiting to happen. The trees cause damage to cars. Plus they block visibility or of pedestrians and one of them is blocking a public street light.

Own up and sort them out.
