Road Resurfacing works status

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3746885.

Lamp post states that road resurfacing works to begin today on eve road for 2 weeks, however no works happening. I want to know if this is going ahead as i need to know for parking reasons.

Those car are parking on the double yellow line and on the pavement. On swan street in Isleworth TW7 6XW
