Yet again... can someone phone me about this.. i would like to make a formal complaint... what is the metal bin for? Why do i have to walk past this mess nearly every morning for no good reason. I keep complaining and nothing gets done... ..

  • Is the wheelie bin in the photo supposed to alleviate this problem? I have contacted Hounslow Recycling/Lampton as this seems weird if so. It doesn't seem proper to have a household waste bin stationed permenantly on the public footpath? Can HH advise because I have had no answer from Recycing/Waste team
