Hello,
I am contacting you to request your street tree team visit Foxwood Close to finally prune back several overgrown trees. These trees have not been pruned or maintained in any way for decades and have now become excessively overgrown. They are now blocking out light causing the grass verge to die back entirely (now a dead, mud landscape), Lower branches now impeding parking spaces directly adjacent. In autumn (per pictures attached) they cause excessive leaf fall directly onto the pavement causing a hazard / slippery surface for elderly residents such as myself. They are also causing damage to vehicles (sap; bird fouling; potential risk of branches falling onto vehicles in stormy conditions). They have also become generally unsightly in their current condition.
We do not want them cut down - however these trees do need several of their overhanging branches removing entirely, and canopy cut back generously. This may also help constrain growth of the tree roots which have already damaged the footpaths next to them considerably.
Thank you and kind regards

Someone has dumped a FRIDGE FREEZER in the Portland Brook that runs by FOXWOOD CLOSE, TW13 7DL and the green opposite the Brookside Estate. When heavy rains come, it's going to cause damming and consequent flooding.

I was just wondering if the fridge freezer has been removed from this location … there is also a huge amount of rubbish in the Portland Brook that could cause harm to wildlife aswell as looking horrific in terms of flytipping with rubbish that has been allowed to build up over the years …
