Rats in overgrown tree on pavement

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3713848.

Rats are living under a very overgrown tree on south ealing road along the railings of Clayponds Recreation Park. The tree has grown over the pavement leaving little room to walk past and the rats run in and out of it. The tree has been a problem for a few months. I have seen rats on this verge for most of this year.
