The councils action on case no. 14338329 of simply ‘pushing it back’ has not resolved the issue. The overgrowing tree/branch/shrub should have been cut down, then pushed back in.
It has now blown (or been pushed) back out and obstructing the footpath / highway again.
Note that the brick pillar of 86 in exactly the same place is also leaning forward toward the public highway and looks like it’s about to topple. This could cause a serious legal case if it falls on a pedestrian/property or public highway.
Notes from previous case.
‘Branch of Tree/weed/shrub is growing out from 86, toward road & obstructing the public footpath from within private property. This has been here for two plus months, is a regular occurrence as never maintained by owner. Instead just allowed to grow wild onto public highway.’
