Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later
The drainage on The clumps was cleared last week but after heavy rainfall yesterday and the drain us still blocked.
In addition they missed cleaning the drain on the first visit.
The only 2 drains that need cleaning are the 2 closest to the flats. One of which is blocked as shown in the pictures.
Oddly the drainage lorry attended the road this morning 1st of June yet looked around and did nothing! What a waste of time and resources when they stood right in front of the problematic drain! It’s unbelievable

On The Clumps, parking is a major issue where people park in the most inconvenient places making it impossible for cars to turn and exit the road.
There are 2 spots in-particular, one that makes it impossible to turn around and the other bottlenecks the road as well as makes it difficult for the residents to leave their drive ways.
These areas really need a deterrent to stop people parking like double yellow lines or notices from the council.
Having the detergent would significantly improve the help the residents need in having a dedicated turning point as well as the visitors in-particular larger vehicles like vans or long cars to be able to have the ability to turn and leave more conveniently
The first space is the final part of the curb on the Clumps outside Littlewin where there 2 fences. This needs yellow lines or a deterrent as this is the only key space to be able to turn your vehicle to leave. That’s Picture 1 showing the lack of logic and common sense of the space they have consumed.
The second is outside 24a in-front of the bush, this creates the bottleneck with the distance left between the parked car in front of the flats and the cars that constantly park there blocking access to the driveways of 24a
