Tree branches touching tiling and roof

Reported via mobile in the Tree causing damage to property category anonymously at 10:48, Tuesday 24 May 2022

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

I've reported this same problem for the past 3 years when the tree is in leaf the branches brush against my tiling and I am worried it will cause damage. The 1st year they came and pruned the branches but the last 2 years I've been ignored. This year its even worse as the tree gets more mature. Please do something before damage occurs

  • I've reported this to Hounslow council and they have directed me to you. Once again pleadr can someone come and inspect it at least before it costs even more in repairs

  • Still waiting for someone to check this out, now the tree at the back in Mccarthy Road is disturbing my back garden wall, surely it's better to spend money pruning the offending branches than it is to pay for roof repair?
