    Cowboy builders leaving building materials on road, blocking pedestrian access on pavement regularly due to delivery materials being placed on pavement. No lights or barriers surrounding the pallets in relation to health and safety.

  • Skip placed on road outside drop kerb, no lights on skip, previously had pallets and sand bag on road. Doubt they have a permit.
