Alteration of raised rose beds;

Reported via desktop in the Pothole or other defect category anonymously at 12:40, Wednesday 24 November 2021

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

Work started today to alter the rose beds out side 48 - 56 Lulworth Avenue.

We have not had a consultation letter about the works. Our issue is 1. environmental aspect - removal of several roses 2. Flooding issue caused by neighbour driveway - this is now higher than the footpath, so when it rains water pours off their drive, onto the footpath, then drains back into our driveway that is lower. A drain is required in the footway asap. 3. Our neighbour has laid additional tarmac beyond their boundary line on the footpath. 4. They tend to speed into their drive already - widening the access will make it easier to do this. 5. If we had known about altering the rose beds, we would have asked for our one to be altered as well, while the gang are on site ... but nobody has consulted us.
