Verger barrier installed blocking access to Traffic Signal Controller

A low verge barrier has been installed here that is blocking access to a side panel on the Traffic Signal Controller which means we cannot maintain it. We need it removed/moves ASAP to allow access as we have a fault that we cannot fix on site due to this. I have already entered this but did not receive the confirmation email that says should have been sent

Issue : A Barrier around the grass verge by the Traffic Light Controller has been installed and is blocking access to the side panel preventing access to the the Comms connections
We maintain the Traffic lights in the above area on behalf of TFL.
Our Engineer has noted an issue at the above junction. This has been logged online and the above Ref number has been obtained.
Please refer to below image(s) also.
Please have this looked into and rectified as soon as possible.
Pls respond to us by quoting : 25/078 - TEL0331160 when these works have been completed.

The gentlemen who works on behalf of TFL is very concerned about the issue above, nothing has been done about it and hes been very patient, but its an health and safety hazard to the public because an incident could occur any time.
Could you kindly look into this please
