Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

Good afternoon

I have reported the fact that pulling out of Redford Close is dangerous because the shrubs are so high on the left hand side that you cannot see over them or through them so to pull out right you have to pull out blind.

The response I received was: Dear Lindsey Dyos

Thank you for your enquiry regarding vegetation Redford Close on the junction with Bedfont Road. A community environment officer carried out a site inspection on 07/07/2021 and observed the road sign and footpath clear of obstruction. The vegetation at the entrance to Redford Close junction with Bedfont road is maintained by Hounslow Highways. The hedges are pruned twice a year, the next prune is scheduled to be carried out in September once the bird nesting season is over.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. it is now September and nothing has been done about reducing the height of these shrubs. It is no good just coming and trimming the tops the actual height needs to be reduced in order for car drivers to have safe access. When is this work scheduled please?
