Motor cycle ground anchors faulty

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

Hi, the ground anchors in the motorcycle bay on the corner of Duke Road and Chiswick high road are all rusted and stuck. We are unable to lock our motorcycles in this bay. Is it also possible to have more security added? The bay is frequently full and there are only 3 anchors on the ground. Bike theft in this area is a constant problem. Many thanks.
