Because the tree was going over to my garden it destroyed my shed
Reported via mobile in the Tree causing damage to property category anonymously at 21:30, Wed 10 March 2021
Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2600294.
I live in number 148 and the neighbour next door (146) have a big tree that is leaning on my garden and has damaged my shed.I had to take down the shed unfortunately due to the damage that was caused.Exept for that the tree also covers up all the sunlight from my garden. This has been a problem for a very long time.I asked the neighbours to sort out the tree and they gave me permission to cut the branches but the tree is really big and is leaning all on my garden.Between the two fencing of the two gardens there is also a pathway and the tree is also going into the pathway including my garden.Recently the council built new fencing around my garden and I am scared the tree will damage it.

Dear sir/madam
I am writing to you regarding the trees and ivy at the rear of 146 Windmill road. They are overhanging both the access way to the rear of the properties and also into my garden. They have previously damaged my shed which I have had to replace. I do not wish for this to happen again. They are growing from the garden of 146 Windmill road and it’s their responsibility to maintain them. Please can you contact them to arrange this issue to be resolved. I have previously asked the owners to cut the trees back but have not seen any action taken. I am worried that the tree can fall and seriously injure my son or I. Regards
Anna Paprzycka
