No street cleaner for a month or more…

This morning is no different to others, ripped bags with rubbish covering our street. I am being officially told that part of our council tax is paid towards regular street cleaning service. I have not seen the street cleaner yesterday as per our, I believe, schedule. With the additional rubbish from this morning the street is in a complete mess again.
