Dip in tarmac on footway that collects water

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

There is a dip in the tarmac on the footway outside 73 Shakespeare Avenue. It collects water which has been freezing over lately and is very dangerous. I slipped on it when it was frozen and went flying but managed to keep my balance. Please make a repair before someone has a nasty accident.
