Damaged, loose manhole cover on Acton Lane,

The resident has reported that there a damaged or/and loose manhole cover on Chiswick Lane near the entrance to Sainsbury. It makes a loud noise everytime a vehicle drives over it.

  • Please can this be actioned asap. It is hugely disturbing to residents nearby who are kept awake by it at night and are disturbed by it constantly during the day. I live near one just like this and can vouch for how intrusive the noise can be. And each time it is driven over, the problem worsens.
